Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 3 hamburger buns all cut in half
- 1 fresh tomato thinly sliced
- Lettuce leaves, cleanly rinsed
- Barbecue sauce
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Mix ground beef, 1/2 cup minced onion, egg yolk, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl. Divide the mixture into 3 equal portions and shape each into a party. Make sure you shape the portions into circles.
- Add 2 tablespoons into a none stick pan, or you can use a griller. Cook the burgers, turning sides until golden brown on both sides. After 5-10 minutes remove the patties from the stove.
- Cut the burger buns into half, and lay them in the pan or on the grill until they nicely toasted.
- Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the bun bottoms. Add lettuce, tomato patty, barbecue sauce, onions, and add a bit of salt and pepper for taste.

Yield - Makes 3 servings
